We ship throughout the week except on weekends and on public holidays. Shipping takes roughly 7 working days. Sometimes there might be some unforeseen delays for reasons beyond our control. Delivery might be delayed due to unexpected travel delays from our courier team and transportation due to weather conditions.
Sautri offers free shipping in India. International purchase over 50,000 rupees will be free. The customers will have to pay import customs duty, if such duty is applicable in the destination country on handloom products sourced from India.
For certain remote locations in India, our courier/ transport partner may levy an additional surcharge for shipping. In such an event, the customer will have to pay a ‘remote area surcharge’. The customer will be informed about the surcharge in advance before completing the transition.
